How do I place an order?
Add products to the cart, choose the delivery area and date, then tap "Order via WhatsApp" or "Order via Telegram". Your items open as a ready-made message; once you send it, we confirm the details together.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Kobuleti, Gonio, Chakvi, Batumi, Makhinjauri. Some items (for example large decorations) go only to certain areas; you will see this when you choose an area in the cart.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken on the website. In the cart you can choose a bank transfer (IBAN), USDT (TRC-20) or Bitcoin, or discuss payment in the chat. Payment details are shown in the cart with copy buttons.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes. Orders come in via WhatsApp or Telegram, so you can order from anywhere in the world; IBAN and crypto payments work from abroad too. Delivery is only within our areas.
Can I send a gift and stay anonymous?
Yes. Tick "Send as a gift" in the cart and enter the recipient's name and phone. If you don't know the address, leave it empty and we'll contact the recipient. Choose "Keep my name private" and your details won't be shared.
Can I add a card message?
Yes, just write the message for the card in the note field of the cart.
Can I choose a delivery time?
You can pick the delivery date in the cart; write the preferred time in the note and we'll confirm it in the chat.
Do you set up balloon and event decoration on site?
Yes. Balloon arches, ceiling balloons and table decorations are set up on site. Share the venue, date and theme in a message and we'll prepare a suggestion for you.
